We are at Via Luigi Alamanni 25, in the Santa Maria Novella district: 150 metres from the side exit of the station, inside the historic centre. If you arrive by plane, get off at the Rosselli stop on the T2 tram, 50 metres from our door.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 13:30 to 19:30, check-out by 10:30. We always do check-in in person: to arrive after 19:30 you need to let us know beforehand by email or WhatsApp, so we can arrange your welcome.
Is breakfast included in the price?
It is an optional service and costs 8.00 euros per person per day. It is served from 8:00 to 9:30 in our breakfast room. You can add it at check-in or by the afternoon of the previous day, and we cater for intolerances and special diets if you tell us in advance.
Are you inside the restricted traffic zone? Where can I park?
Yes, we are inside the historic centre’s restricted traffic zone and we have no private car park. We do work with garages a few metres away: the closest is Garage La Stazione, at Via Alamanni 3/A, about ten metres from our door.
