All prices are per room.

The city tax set by the Municipality of Florence is € 6.00 per person per night. It is not included in the price and is paid in cash on arrival. Children under 12 are exempt.

Breakfast is an optional service, not included in the base rate, at € 8.00 per person per day. It is served from 8:00 to 9:30.

Rooms are available from 13:30. Check-in closes at 19:30 and check-out is by 10:30.

To confirm your booking you must provide a valid credit card number with its expiry date. The card is required as a guarantee only.

The management reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card in order to verify that it is valid. A pre-authorisation is not a charge, but it temporarily reduces your available balance: for more information please contact your card provider.

Check-in after 19:30 must be arranged in advance with the property by email or WhatsApp: without prior arrangement it is not possible to access the B&B. A surcharge of € 30.00 per booking applies.
