To check in after 7:30 PM, please contact us in advance by email or WhatsApp so that we can arrange your arrival. Late check-in is not possible without first agreeing on a time with our staff.
Yes, you are welcome to arrive before 1:30 PM. If your room is already prepared, you can check in straight away; otherwise, immediate availability depends on the previous day departures and cannot be guaranteed.
We prefer to welcome you in person during our opening hours, so that we can give our guests all the support and assistance they need.
Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service. You can drop your bags off from 9:00 AM on the morning of your arrival (before check-in), and we can keep them until 6:00/7:00 PM on your departure day.
The city tax set by the Municipality of Florence is currently EUR 6.00 per person per night. Children under 12 are fully exempt.
The city tax is collected in cash only, on arrival. Any different payment method must be agreed in advance.
Yes, we issue invoices the day after check-out (sending a courtesy copy by email). Please send us your billing details in advance or at check-in, specifying whether the invoice should be made out to a company or to an individual. Please note: the city tax is not included in the accommodation invoice; a separate payment receipt is issued for it, as it is simply collected on behalf of the Municipality.
Yes, all our rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet (or a hand-held bidet shower instead).
Yes, for double rooms we can set the room up with either a double bed or two single beds. We kindly ask you to let us know your preference at least one day before check-in.
Yes, bed linen and towels are included for all guests. A full change is made every 3 days of your stay.
Yes, all rooms and common areas have an adjustable heat-pump air conditioning and heating system.
Yes, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

Washing clothes inside the rooms is not permitted. However, there is a highly rated self-service launderette about 150 metres from the property.
The property occupies the first and second floors of a historic building at Via Alamanni 25 (black street number). The building has a lift, but it only stops at the second floor. To reach the reception on the first floor you need to climb one flight of stairs, so the property may present accessibility barriers for guests with reduced mobility.
Yes, every room has a mini-fridge that you are free to use as you wish.
Breakfast is an optional service, not included in the base rate, and costs EUR 8.00 per person per day.
It is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM in our dedicated breakfast room.
Of course. You can ask to add breakfast at check-in or, later on, by letting us know by the afternoon of the previous day.
Yes, for early departures we can arrange to serve breakfast directly in your room before the standard time.
We stock products for coeliac guests and for other intolerances or dietary choices. We only ask that you let us know well in advance of your arrival.
Yes, B&B Marbò Florence is inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) of the historic centre of Florence. It is therefore not possible to drive directly up to the property without authorisation.
We do not have private parking, but there are excellent options very close by. We recommend the following:

Parcheggio Stazione Fortezza Fiera (Piazzale Caduti nei Lager – Tel. +39 055 50302209): About 500 metres from the property. Rate of EUR 20.00 per 24 hours.
Parcheggio Belfiore (Viale Belfiore 55): About 500 metres from the property. Rate of EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.
Reaching us by train is extremely convenient. The B&B is at Via Luigi Alamanni 25, just a few steps from the side exit of the main railway station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella.
It is very simple: from the airport, take Tram Line T2 towards the city centre and get off at the Rosselli stop, just a few steps from the entrance to our B&B.
We are in the heart of the historic centre, right by the station. Piazza del Duomo and the main attractions of Florence are about a 15-minute walk away.
The Rosselli stop on Tram Line T2 is 50 metres from our B&B, while the Alamanni stop on Line T1 is about 200 metres away.
The cancellation policy at B&B Marbò Florence is not the same for everyone: it depends on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Standard rates allow free cancellation up to 3/5 days before arrival, while non-refundable rates offer no reduction in the event of cancellation.
Absolutely not. At check-in we will give you the keys to both the property and your room, so you have complete independence and can come and go at any time of the day or night.
Yes, we are a family-friendly property. On request and subject to availability, we provide cots for little ones at a cost of EUR 30.00 in total for the whole stay (a rate reserved for guests who book directly through our official website).
Unfortunately, due to space management and allergies, our property is not suitable for hosting pets.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas.

If you have left something in your room or in the common areas, please contact us as soon as possible. For lost property we use the Slope platform: we will send you a secure link where you can enter your address and pay for express courier shipping online. The courier will collect the item from the hotel and deliver it to your home.
